  • Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) Winter Soldier Campaign Benefit Party

    Karen Foley Sherman will present original research on mind-body interventions for recently returned combat veterans with PTSD. Members of TRW (Karen Foley Sherman, Yoli Ma, Lynda Chick and Krishna Bader) will donate services such as massage therapy, Yoga Therapy, Thai Bodywork, Reiki, Healing Touch and will educate on the psychobiological effects of PTSD and teach certain mind-body techniques to reduce PTSD symptoms.

    Come meet, hear stories, and party with the men and women of Iraq Veterans Against the WAR, as well as view a screening of The Ground Truth: The Human Cost of War. (thegroundtruth.org)
